Data Collection and Personal Information

Some of the information we collect is personal to you. Other information is anonymous.

If you make a donation, purchase a ticket or membership, register for a class, workshop, camp, event or our newsletter, sign our waiver, take a survey, or apply for an All-Access Pass, we may collect your name, mailing address, telephone number, email address, various types of demographic information and, if a payment is made, your credit card information and any other associated information, among other types of data.

We collect general website traffic data, including site usage and length of stay information.

How We Use Collected Data and Personal Information

Rabble Mill does not share or sell with third parties your personal information gathered online, such as email addresses, personal information collected as part of an online survey, registration, or other specific details about you, except with your consent or as described in this privacy policy.

Rabble Mill uses the personal information you provide to us for internal purposes, such as completing and tracking your transactions, analyzing trends and usage, collecting statistics, and evaluating access — this information may be shared with relevant, partner nonprofit organizations when we deem it necessary and safe.

If you provide personal information, we may enter that information into our constituent database and contact you in order to either supply you with information, request voluntary time, or monetary contributions to the Organization.

Rabble Mill may also compile and provide aggregate statistics (anonymous data) about our visitors, customers, sales, traffic patterns and related site information to third parties. We may also share such information with third-party vendors who help us analyze and understand our donor and membership base.

Children and their Privacy

Rabble Mill is concerned about the safety of children when they use the internet, and understand that children may not understand all the provisions of our privacy policy or make informed decisions about the choices that are made available to adult users of our websites. We encourage parents and guardians to spend time with their children online and to be familiar with the sites their children visit. Rabble Mill’s websites are not intended to be used by anyone under the age of 13 without parental supervision, and we will never request personally identifiable information from anyone whom we know to be under the age of 13 without verifiable parental/guardian consent. If we become aware that a customer is under the age of 13 and has registered without prior verifiable parental consent, we will remove his or her personally identifiable registration information from our files.

Security and Additonal Information

Rabble Mill utilizes and partners with software that uses high grade encryption and security protocols (SSL) when processing financial transactions and gathering visitor information. This method is the industry standard security protocol, which makes it difficult for anyone to intercept the information you send us. However, such precautions do not guarantee that our websites are invulnerable to all security breaks, as no transmission of data over the internet is guaranteed to be completely secure. It may be possible for third parties not under the control of Rabble Mill to intercept or access transmissions or private communications unlawfully.

While we strive to protect your personal information, neither Rabble Mill nor any of our service providers can ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us. Any such transmission is done at your own risk. If you choose to visit our sites, your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to this privacy policy including but not limited to limitations of damages and applications of the law of the State of Nebraska. Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, shall Rabble Mill be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of the information or materials on Rabble Mill sites.
